With the craze for Bubble Tea showing no signs of abating, professional foodservice brand, Sephra, together with its distribution division, CFW.co.uk, has launched a new range of signature bubble tea products for commercial use.

Fourteen products are now available across both websites, https://www.sephra.com/sephra-catalog/ingredients/bubble-tea and https://www.cfw.co.uk/cfw-catalog/ingredients/drink-supplies/bubble-tea, from flavoured Popping Boba, to their innovative Fruit Syrups which are infused with Jasmine Green Tea and accessories. Directly sourced from Taiwan, the home of Bubble Tea, Sephra’s hero product in the range is Sephra Base Jasmine Tea Syrup which can be customised with any flavour using Monin’s range of 120 premium syrups.

“We are excited to introduce this new range of bubble tea products which will ensure that cafés, kiosk, dessert parlours and bubble tea shops, have everything they need to ensure a consistent quality in this competitive market,” said John Laughlin, Operations Director for Sephra Europe Ltd. “It’s a product which comes into its own in the Spring and Summer, so operators have to be ready now, equipping themselves with the best products and ingredients.”

“Unlike many syrups that are just flavoured sugar concentrate, this syrup contains actual tea extract, so it delivers both in flavour depth and floral character,” he said. “It’s a practical, ready-to-use solution that doesn’t call for any brewing equipment, training, or excessive staff time.”

“Businesses using this product will find their drinks are consistent in flavour and quick to serve, helping them keep up with customer demand during busy service times,” continued John.

“The range of Popping Boba, available in six flavours: strawberry, mango, blueberry, passion fruit, pineapple and watermelon. The syrups are traditionally mixed with water but can also be used with milk or lemonade for lighter more refreshing twist.”

He finished by saying: “We are intrigued to see where the bubble tea concept goes in 2026. It’s our job at Sephra and CFW to be ahead of the emerging trends, ensuring that our customer base is ready to take advantage of whatever comes next.”

The full Sephra Bubble Tea range offers 3.2kg tubs of popping Boba in blueberry, mango, passionfruit, pineapple, strawberry & watermelon flavours, with the Jasmine Green Tea Syrup (2.5kg) available as a base, and in the following flavours – dragonfruit, mango, passionfruit & strawberry. Eco bubble tea straws are also available, along with pumps for the tea syrup.
