Venue reopens after £500,000 makeover for 2026/27 season partnership.
Glasgow venue The Raven, located on Renfield Street, has been named the official away hub for the Glasgow Warriors rugby club for the 2026/27 season. The announcement follows a significant £500,000 refurbishment of the venue, which reopened to customers this summer. The partnership marks the first time The Raven will serve in this capacity for the professional rugby union side.
Glasgow Warriors fans visiting The Raven can experience a new sports viewing zone, known as The Arena, designed to offer more space for groups and matchday packages. The venue now features one digital wall of eight HD TV screens and an additional 20 screens positioned around the premises for comprehensive sports viewing. Its interior has been updated to reflect a brighter, retro American sports bar aesthetic with a modern industrial edge, including La-Z-Boy seating and bookable booths.
The new partnership promises player appearances and special Q&A events for rugby fans. Glasgow Warriors season ticket holders are eligible for a 20 per cent discount on their total bill at any time, while all Glasgow Warriors fans receive 20 per cent off on match days. To celebrate the collaboration, The Raven’s team of chefs has also introduced a new Glasgow Warriors-themed menu, featuring items such as the Ruck & Roll Spice Bag, The Tartan Trophy Pie, and The Full Back Burger.

Stuart Harrison, general manager at The Raven, which is part of the Scottish hospitality group Signature, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration. He stated, “We’re really excited to be teaming up with Glasgow Warriors as their official away hub for the first time. Expect player appearances and special Q&A events, as well as our new themed menu, including the Ruck & Roll Spice Bag, The Tartan Trophy Pie, and The Full Back Burger. Rugby fans can look forward to the ultimate sporting experience in the city centre. We’re already making our name as the go-to sports venue in Glasgow, complete with a new sports viewing zone, La-Z-Boy seating for prime viewing and matchday packages for groups.”
Glasgow Warriors, a professional rugby union team, participates in the United Rugby Championship league and European Professional Club Rugby tournaments. Captain Kyle Steyn is the face of the club’s new partnership with The Raven for the 2026/27 season.
