The bar industry icons bring their world-class hospitality to the bar show’s wrap party, sponsored by Bruichladdich and The Botanist Gin

The world-renowned American Bar at Gleneagles and The Cambridge Public House, Paris (#19 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list) will collaborate for an exclusive takeover at Uno Mas, Edinburgh, on Wednesday 9 April, marking the official closing event of this year’s Edinburgh Bar Show.

Hosted by Bruichladdich Distillery Company, the event will bring together two award-winning bar teams whose shared ethos is their commitment to local produce, sustainability, and innovative mixology.

Guests can expect a curated selection of classic and contemporary cocktails from both bars, featuring premium Scottish spirits Bruichladdich’s The Classic Laddie and The Botanist Islay Dry Gin.

Set against the vibrant backdrop of Uno Mas, Edinburgh’s destination for live music and late-night hospitality, the takeover promises a night of exceptional drinks and world-class bartending to close the festival in style.
