CRAFTY Distillery have teamed up with The Signature Group’s contemporary Element bar situated in the heart of Edinburgh on Rose Street this autumn to offer their customers some innovative zero waste cocktails. With a big focus on, foraging fruit, preservation techniques throughout to ensure nothing is wasted, and upcycled glasses to boot, it promises to deliver big flavour with low environmental impact.

These newly curated zero waste cocktails have been built around the logic of tapping into wild botanicals foraged on site at Crafty Distillery to create tasty syrups, utilising every part of the fruit to create impact. And to top it all off theses tasty cocktails are even served in glasses upcycled from used Crafty Distillery bottles.

They are serving ‘Hills & Harbour Gin Forager’, with Crafty estate elderflower cordial and grapefruit oleo saccharum, ‘Galloway Gin Bramble’ featuring Crafty estate bramble cordials and bramble powder, and the ‘Hills & Harbour Distilled Cocktail’ garnished with cold smoked dried pineapple and flamed orange.

Cocktails will be running for October and November in the Element Bar in Edinburgh, serving from 1st of October.
