This August, Duck & Waffle Edinburgh invites fringe-goers and city explorers to indulge in a specially curated menu and weekly live music.

From 1 to 31 August, the Fringe Set Menu takes centre stage: three courses of incredible flavours for £29.50, served during peak festival hours. Expect 12-Hour Slow-Cooked Pork Ribs, a Traditional Fish Supper, Creamy Mushroom Paccheri, Braised ‘Blackie’ Lamb Shoulder and the showstopping Tipsy Laird, a modern take on the classic Scottish dessert.

And the Fringe experience extends beyond the plate. Every Thursday in August, Duck & Waffle presents The Golden Hour: With Frankie Lily. Between 6:30 and 8:30pm, catch intimate performances featuring jazz, acoustic, and pop covers in a laid-back, soulful setting. Guests can request a favourite song, sip a signature cocktail, and unwind after a day of festival hopping, making The Golden Hour the perfect pre-show or post-performance escape.

In addition to the Fringe Set Menu and live music, Duck & Waffle Edinburgh offers a wide array of other experiences for guests to enjoy during Fringe season, including The 9pm Club. This brand-new summer initiative is designed to energise Edinburgh’s evening dining culture with 25% off food from 9pm to close.
