Calling all catering and hospitality providers across Scotland! The Supplier Development Programme (SDP), on behalf of the Scottish Police Authority, is hosting an interactive ‘Talking Tenders’ webinar on their upcoming Provision of Catering and Hospitality Services Framework.

Taking place on Thursday 27 November at 10:00am – 11:30am, this webinar is free to attend and offers an opportunity to learn more about their requirements and ask questions directly.

The Opportunity

The Scottish Police Authority is creating a Catering and Hospitality Framework to support Police Scotland officers during large-scale events and operations across Scotland. Whilst some catering is planned, much of the demand is reactive, requiring suppliers who can respond quickly.

Officers often work long shifts without access to food or facilities, sometimes in challenging outdoor conditions. To meet this duty of care, the Scottish Police Authority seeks reliable suppliers from all regions to deliver nutritious meals and packed lunches to offices, stations, and temporary sites.

A spokesperson said: “The Scottish Police Authority is keen to engage with potential suppliers in all parts of Scotland to support catering needs when required. We want to support SMEs to bid for our contracts and engaging with them through the ‘Talking Tenders’ session is a great way to do that.”

Don’t Miss Your Chance!

Whether you are new to tendering or experienced in public contracts, you’re welcome to attend the session.

To join, you must first sign-up for a free account with the Supplier Development Programme. Once registered with SDP, register for the webinar for free
