The Outlaw dining journey begins with a dish as smooth as a bank heist, perfectly paired with the rich and robust Double Cask Outlaw Rum.

Smoked Salmon, Wasabi Emulsion, Cucumber, Quail’s Egg, Capers – Paired with Double Cask Outlaw Rum

This is followed by a Spiced Sweet Potato, Lemongrass & Coconut Velouté – a velvety blend that’ll make diners feel like they’ve struck gold in the wild west.

Next diners will saddle up for the main event with tender Grampian Chicken, Herb Polenta, Asparagus and Chicken Emulsion, complemented by the complex notes of Outlaw’s Rachel’s cask Sherry Finished Rum.

An outlaw knows the value of a good hideout, and the cheese selection, quince, chutney and oatcakes offer just that – a haven of flavour with a sneak peek of something truly special. Diners will be treated to a pairing with an exclusive preview of something extra special from Outlaw.

The night will end with a sweet bounty – a decadent Caramelised Chocolate Mousse, Warm Banana Tart Tatin, and Salted Banana Ice Cream dessert paired with the unique Outlaw Islay Pinot Noir Cask Finished Rum.

Round up the night with coffee and tea served with Outlaw Bourbon Rum & Raisin Fudge.

For those steering clear of the hard stuff, Kildrummy has a ‘drivers’ take away package’, ensuring even the tamest outlaws can enjoy the evening safely.
