Glasgow’s acclaimed neighbourhood restaurant Five March is set to collaborate with the award-winning Isle of Harris Distillery for a unique, one-night-only dining experience this July, uniting inventive Scottish cooking with some of the country’s most celebrated spirits.
On Thursday 24 July, Five March will host an exclusive five-course tasting menu, each dish thoughtfully paired with creative serves of The Hearach – Isle of Harris’s first single malt whisky – and the distillery’s renowned Isle of Harris Gin.
The event promises to showcase the best of both brands’ local focus, craftsmanship, and commitment to considered simplicity.
Five March has earned a loyal following for its vibrant small plates, relaxed atmosphere, and playful approach to seasonal produce.
This special evening will highlight standout dishes such as roasted lamb rump with juniper lamb sauce, kombu-cured sea trout with samphire and burnt orange crème fraîche, and a decadent crema catalana with Oloroso cask-soaked raisins.
Each course is expertly matched with a Hearach or gin cocktail designed to enhance the flavours on the plate.
Guests can choose between vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus, with limited seats available at £65 per person. Bookings open from 6pm at Five March, Glasgow.
