What was a pint on his 18th birthday led to the start of successful bartending career at The Bradley Hare for Elliot Mauger aka Jelly, who is now bringing his experience to launch an exciting new cocktail menu at the cosy Wiltshire pub.

In May 2021, Elliot visited The Bradley Hare with his mum and instantly jumped at the position of barman offered at the door.

What started as a spontaneous opportunity quickly evolved into the start of a passionate career. Since then, Jelly has become an integral part of the team, immersing himself in the ‘art form’ that is drink creation.

Last week, Elliot refreshed the bar menu and has introduced new cocktails including a Pear and Mint Sour, a refreshing and sophisticated signature cocktail that highlights the crisp elegance of Grey Goose Poire, paired with a vibrant touch of mint, as well as exciting mocktails such as the Fak-e-spresso Martini, a rich and indulgent alcohol-free take on the beloved classic.

On top of cocktail making, Elliot is a keen photographer leads social media at the property, including sharing beautiful imagery of his cocktail creations taken himself.

Elliot’s love for the craft is echoed throughout, from the inception of the menu to the image captured of his creations.
