Two US-inspired brands, Philly Express and American Dirty Soda, has opened at Buchanan Galleries, bringing its full American food menu and custom soda experience to Glasgow.
Known for its authentic Philadelphia-style comfort food, the new eatery is serving its legendary Philly Cheesesteaks, packed with juicy, seasoned steak and melted cheese, alongside crispy buttermilk fried chicken that’s freshly hand-battered and bursting with flavour. Other menu highlights include Chicken Fingers & Texas Toast, fully loaded fries, creamy mac & cheese, and ultimate American-style hot dogs.
For those with a sweet tooth, Philly Express will also dish up mouth-watering treats including its signature cakes, creamy milkshakes and golden churros.
A selection of vegan options is also available.
Next door, American Dirty Soda offers its dedicated, made-to-order soda bar. Guests can craft their own personalised drinks, starting with a base soda before customising it with flavour add-ins and creamy finishes to create the brand’s signature “dirty” sodas, all prepared fresh on the spot.
Located on the second floor of Buchanan Galleries, the two US-inspired arrivals have been fitted out with bright and modern décor to create a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Designed for ease and convenience in mind, the space offers a seamless service with seating for a relaxed and casual dining experience, as well as an option to takeaway.
