The Caledonian Hotel, Princes St, Edinburgh

Road Hole Restaurant 

Old Course Hotel, Old Station Rd, St Andrews

The Road Hole Restaurant underwent a renovation complete in April 2025, and nodding to the Scottish heritage, the restaurant features custom contemporary tartan carpet and an open kitchen that brings a sense of theatre to the dining experience.

Muted colours throughout allow views of the Old Course’s 17th hole and West Sands beach to take centre stage through sweeping floor to ceiling windows, while also incorporating the Scottish coastal colours. For a laid-back dining experience featuring some of the best local ingredients in a freshly updated space complete with floor to ceiling windows, the Road Hole Restaurant’s menu features dishes like smoked lamb tartare and Hebridean salmon.

The Grahamston

Radisson Blu Glasgow, 301 Argyle Street
