TWELVE Triangles are a scratch sourdough bakery owned and run by bakers Rachel Morgan and Emily Cuddeford, with multiple stores across Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders.  In May, the bakery commenced The Twelve Triangles Summer Series of events to the public in their Easter Road branch.

Francesca Stanton, Twelve Triangles events co-ordinator, said:

“Over the last 8 years, we have been lucky enough to build a hugely talented array of partners, customers, and colleagues. This series of events celebrations collaboration and bring together the community that we are so lucky to call home.

In this series we have collaborated with Café Pomelo, Ochre Botanical Studios, East Coast Cured and our own Kitchen table team.

Our Summer Series ends on the 3rd of August, and we are closing the series with our very own kitchen table team. Rachel & Emily co-owners of Twelve Triangles and Amelia, one of our wonderful kitchen members, will be welcoming you to Easter Road for an evening of shared Levantine Cuisine. The Levant cuisine is known for its fresh and vibrant flavours and ingredients shaped by a variety of cultures in which our menu explores as you indulge on one big communal table.  So, if you haven’t managed to make it down to one of our events, now is your chance. There will be dishes for both meat and veggie eaters but due to the nature of the menu we cannot cater to any dietary requirements.”

If you would like to reserve a seat at the table, please email: frankie@twelvetriangles.co.uk

Tickets are £55. The night commences at 7pm -9.30pm.
