Renfrewshire Venue Strengthens “Fork Out Less” Offering and Sunday Roasts

The Coach House in Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire, has introduced new seasonal lunch and dinner menus, combining traditional dishes with premium grill options and an expanded value offering for guests. Operated by Scottish hospitality group Buzzworks, the venue invites patrons for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or coffee and cake throughout the day.

The new menus feature international flavours, with starters such as sambal chicken skewer with fine noodle salad, chilli pepper, and a spicy Malaysian dip. Other additions include warm raspberry smoked duck with blood orange and spiced bulgur wheat, and lemon ginger poke smoked salmon accompanied by coriander crème fraîche. For sharing, a new Grazing Board offers honey glazed chilli chicken skewer, vegetable gyoza, classic houmous, khobez flatbread, and chicken tempura.

Main courses now include gochujang crispy chicken bao buns with sriracha mayo, pickled slaw and fries, and Malaysian roast half chicken, which combines a chilli ginger glaze with coriander rice. Fajitas served with soft tortillas and miso caramelised rock salmon with sesame greens are also new additions, alongside established favourites like traditional steak pie and fish and chips.

Stewart Adam, Operations Manager, said: “Our team has been working hard behind the scenes crafting exciting new menus and planning a full calendar of events that we can’t wait to share with everyone soon. With our new seasonal menus, we wanted to give guests even more choice while keeping the familiar favourites that people know and love at The Coach House.”

The Coach House has also enhanced its popular Fork Out Less offering. Guests can now enjoy soup and sandwiches from £9.95, one course from £12.95, or two courses from £18.95. Dishes available in this offering include crispy calamari, harissa grilled pomegranate bread of chicken, fish goujons, and steak frites.

Stewart Adam added: “We strengthened our Fork Out Less offering to provide guests with even more reasons to visit throughout the week. Great food and great value should go hand in hand, and we’re really pleased with the variety we’re able to offer.”

Sundays at The Coach House have been elevated with a dedicated menu, highlighting Buzzworks’ signature Sunday Roasts. Options include prime Scotch sirloin of beef, marinated for 48 hours, served with buttery mash, roast potatoes, honey-glazed root vegetables, and bottomless Yorkshire puddings and gravy. A roasted garlic, lemon and herb half chicken and a Plant-Based Roast are also available. Additionally, quick stops offer a hot coffee paired with a breakfast roll or cake for £6.50.

The Coach House, part of Buzzworks’ House Collection, serves as an all-day dining destination and a dog-friendly pub. Buzzworks is a B Corp-certified business and has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Companies to Work For for ten consecutive years. The group operates 25 bars and restaurants across Scotland and was named Best Managed Pub Company in the UK under 51 sites at the 2025 Publican Awards.
