Brewdog has taken a 20-year lease on a popular cafe/bistro location in Perth for £20,000 per annum.

Occupying a prominent corner position on George Street within the immediate vicinity of Perth Concert Hall, Perth Museum and Art Gallery and newly designated Cultural Quarter, this is a high quality trading location occupied by a mix of independent retailers, restaurants, solicitors and estate agency premises.

The 1300 sq ft premises comprise the ground and basement level of a corner terraced four storey traditional stone building benefiting from an extensive frontage to George Street.

Jonathan Reid, partner at Shepherd who secured the deal, said: “We’re delighted to secure this letting to the expanding Brewdog chain. It is rare to secure a 20 year lease agreement these days and this shows a great commitment to the city from Brewdog.”
