The culinary team at the five-star Mar Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort has crafted a fresh menu for its reimagined il Posto restaurant, offering Italian favourites with a Scottish twist.
The newly named restaurant and bar, which overlooks the championship golf course, was launched in response to local demand for a fresh dining experience.
It serves lunch and dinner, with a bar for guests to enjoy a drink on the patio during warm summer days.
Spearheaded by Executive Head Chef Tony Tapia, the menu is a tribute to his Italian favourites, reflecting his Glaswegian roots.

The friendly, relaxed, yet modern restaurant offers a variety of dishes, including pizzas, fresh salads, and crowd-pleasing Italian desserts, ensuring there is something for everyone, seven days a week.
Mar Hall is committed to collaborating with the best local and regional suppliers, including McCaskey Butchers, Argyll Smokery, and the nearby Barnhill Farm, to bring il Posto patrons fresh and seasonal produce.

The series features one standout performance every second Saturday of the month. From soulful acoustic sets to swing and jazz performances, the evenings promise to be a memorable experience for guests and locals alike.
Hosted in the majestic Grand Hall, the live music began on Saturday, 27 July at 8 pm. The three-hour performances are complimentary for all to enjoy and run until Saturday, 7 September.
With a multi-million-pound renovation underway, Align Partners, on behalf of Dutco, continues the repositioning of Mar Hall Hotel, Golf & Spa Resort into a luxury five-star Scottish destination.
In recent months, Mar Hall unveiled its newly refurbished leisure suite, which includes a state-of-the-art gym, a 20-metre swimming pool with saunas, steam rooms, relaxation space, and an outdoor thermal suite.
Senior appointments have been made across the resort, and plans were submitted to Renfrewshire Council to build 30 luxury woodland lodges within Mar Hall’s 240-acre estate grounds.
il Posto is now open seven days a week from 11 am, with last orders at 9 pm.
