New food menu, opening offers and expanded space mark next chapter for the West End favourites

Vodka Wodka and Ramen Dayo will open their new three-floor home on Ashton Lane in Glasgow over the Early May Bank Holiday weekend, marking the next phase following their recent relocation.

The new venue, located in the former Innis & Gunn site, brings both brands together under one roof, with Vodka Wodka on the ground floor, Ramen Dayo on the middle floor, and a dedicated top-floor space available for private hire.

The opening marks the next chapter for the West End venues following their recent move from their original site after more than 24 years.

The opening weekend will be celebrated with a series of DJ sets across Friday and Saturday, including Breathe with Caol, Jamie Gunn and Robbie, alongside Skylermyler and DTShanks.

The move introduces a kitchen to Vodka Wodka for the first time, allowing the bar to expand its offer beyond drinks with the launch of a new food menu focused on high-quality ingredients at accessible prices.

Launching alongside the opening, the menu will include a £10 build-your-own burger deal, featuring a choice of vegan, beef or chicken burger, fries and a drink, with additional toppings and loaded fries available.

To mark the opening, Vodka Wodka will also introduce a £60 vodka package (Eristoff plus mixers), available Monday to Thursday throughout May when booked via the website.

Ramen Dayo will also expand its capacity at the new site, increasing from 25 to 60 covers, allowing more guests to experience its menu.

The top floor will initially operate as a private events space, available to book while plans are developed for a new standalone bar concept, expected to launch later in the summer.

A spokesperson for Vodka Wodka and Ramen Dayo said: “Opening the new venue is a huge moment for us. It allows us to grow everything we’ve built over the years – from expanding Ramen Dayo to introducing food at Vodka Wodka – while staying in the heart of Ashton Lane. We’re looking forward to welcoming both new and familiar faces through the doors.”

Bookings for the new venue will be available from Monday.
