“It’s been brilliant to welcome so many new guests through the doors at Trumans and the Crescent, particularly those who may not yet have discovered what Trumans has to offer since opening last year.

“It’s also been great to see the creativity and enthusiasm from our teams across the group, who have put together some fantastic cocktails that have already received really positive feedback from guests.”

“With the weather picking up as well, the timing couldn’t be better. We’re looking forward to a busy bank holiday weekend across all our venues, including Trumans, Bar Soba, The Lab and the Crescent.

“The Lab and the Crescent are perfect spots to make the most of the sunshine, with their outdoor spaces and a great value festival cocktail for £6.50.

“We hope many of the new faces we’ve welcomed during the festival will now become familiar ones and return to visit us again soon.”

Manager at Boteco do Brasil, Marcita Copertino, is thrilled with the success. “We’re really pleased to be part of Glasgow Cocktail Festival this year, it’s a great opportunity for us at to showcase the energy and diversity of Brazilian flavours to a wider audience, and the response so far has been really positive.

“Events like this play an important role in bringing people into venues, especially at a time when the hospitality industry continues to face challenges. It creates a sense of momentum across the city, supports local businesses, and reminds people of the creativity and craft that goes into what we do.

“For us, it’s not just about serving drinks, it’s about sharing a bit of Brazilian culture and creating a lively, welcoming experience. Glasgow Cocktail Festival has provided the perfect platform for that, and we’re glad to be involved!”
