BrewDog has announced it is extending its popular Kids Eat Free offer across all of its UK and Ireland bars for the duration of the summer, aligning with the Government’s new ‘Great British Summer Savings’ initiative.
The move follows the introduction of a temporary VAT reduction on qualifying children’s meals, which came into force on 25 June. Under the scheme, VAT on children’s food has been cut from 20% to 5% across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland, as part of a wider effort to ease cost-of-living pressures on families during the school holidays.
Running from 25 June to 31 August 2026, the Government initiative aims to make eating out more affordable for households, encouraging hospitality spending while supporting family budgets.
Building on this, BrewDog has expanded its existing Kids Eat Free promotion – previously limited to pre-booked school holiday periods – so that families can now access free children’s meals throughout the entire summer without restriction. The offer is available across all BrewDog bars in the UK and Ireland until the end of August.
