COLD Town Beer has announced the return of its charity brew, Doddie Beir, in memory of the late Doddie Weir. It will be available across selected venues until the end of the Six Nations Rugby tournament.
The late Scottish Rugby legend first collaborated with Cold Town Beer back in 2020 to create the bespoke pint, Doddie Beir, to raise funds for Motor Neuron Disease (MND). Since Doddie Beir’s release, Cold Town Beer has helped raise over £6,500 for Weir’s My Name’5 Doddie Foundation which supports the lives of those affected with MND. This year, Cold Town Beer will be donating 20p from every pint of Doddie Beir sold.
