Dalton Park Outlet, the North East’s largest shopping destination, is set to enhance its dining offering with the launch of Cafebar eighteen38 this summer. The 4,000-square-foot eatery marks the brand’s first venture outside of Scotland, bringing an innovative culinary experience to the outlet’s thriving retail environment.

The launch of Cafebar eighteen38 marks an exciting moment in time for Dalton Park Outlet as it expands its late-night entertainment offering. With extended evening hours and live entertainment at weekends, Cafebar eighteen38 will provide a vibrant setting where guests can savour expertly crafted drinks and contemporary cuisine in a stylish, welcoming atmosphere.

Cafebar eighteen38 is part of a family-owned enterprise, founded by David Stein, which already operates three successful locations in Scotland, as well as its own award-winning, 40-year-old butchery which supplies high-quality meat to all its restaurants. This latest expansion into Dalton Park Outlet signals a significant step in the brand’s strategic growth plan, designed to introduce its signature dining experience to a broader audience.

Nicky Lovell, Head of Outlets and Retail Business Development at Global Mutual commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Cafebar eighteen38 to Dalton Park Outlet. This opening not only underscores our commitment to elevating the shopping and dining experience for our visitors but also strengthens our established partnership with Cafebar, following their successful launch at Global Mutual’s Livingston Designer Outlet. By bringing this distinctive culinary concept to Dalton Park, we are further positioning it as a premier destination for exceptional dining, shopping and leisure.”

David Stein, Owner of Cafebar eighteen38 commented: “We are delighted to introduce Cafebar eighteen38 to Dalton Park and the North East. This launch not only allows us to bring our passion for quality food and exceptional service to a new audience but also aligns perfectly with our vision for growth beyond Scotland.”
