Edinburgh Beer Factory has introduced Paolozzi Vino at £12 a bottle.

Vino is Paolozzi Lager which has been aged for 12 weeks in Burgundy white wine barrels and hand bottled into a 750ml sharing bottle, then sealed with wax.

At 7.4% abv, Paolozzi Vino has a warm richness, an oaky sweetness and an aroma of spicy raisins – it’s the perfect companion to seafood, fruity desserts or an after dinner cheese board.

A limited run of 275 bottles are now available in the EBF shop and through their website.

EBF has also reintroduced the hugely popular Paolozzi Unfiltered cans.

Award-winning Paolozzi Lager in its freshest form. Full and rich, malty and creamy – like drinking it straight from the brewery conditioning tank! Best enjoyed fresh after purchase.

The Paolozzi Unfiltered Gift Tube is now available in their shop and online for £10. The Gift Tube comprises three 330ml Paolozzi Unfiltered cans and an Eduardo Paolozzi ‘BASH’ A3 print. It’s the perfect stocking filler.
