Award-winning Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh has officially launched ‘Lost Food’ – their brand new Food and Drink concept, headed up by renowned international Chef, Restaurateur and Hospitality Consultant Jason Wright. This will see Lost Shore taking their food in house for the very first time.

Lost Food is home to three separate food outlets – ‘Lost Kitchen’, ‘Lost Tacos’ and ‘Lost Deli’. ‘Lost Market’, opening soon will be an onsite grocery shop with home-made produce and branded ‘Get Lost’ products to take away or ordered from one of Lost Shore’s on site chalet or pods, following a day of surfing.

Created by their new Head of Food and Beverage, Jason Wright. He commented on the launch of Lost Food: “ We are incredibly excited to launch a brand new in-house food and drink concept, with something for everyone. Lost Food is the culinary heartbeat of Lost Shore. It will be an all-day dining hub from morning until night, with our on-site market coming very soon.  The food brings bold, fresh flavours and simple cooking to the shores of the world class wave pool. With lots of exciting events and collaborations planned in the New Year, we can’t wait to share Lost Food with you all.”

Lost Food serves breakfast, and an all-day menu. Lost Deli serves home-made salads and freshly baked focaccia sandwiches, and Lost Taco has more of a focus on fun and fresh flavours. This is the first phase of Lost Food and eventually all food outlets will be open 7 days. Lost Market launches in a few weeks’ time with their very own grocery store on site.

Phase two will see Lost Kitchen launch an evening menu in Springtime, which will run alongside Lost Taco until late. This will be a carefully curated mix of small and larger dishes, perfect for sharing, which will complement the simple classic cocktail and wine menu.
