SHEPHERD Chartered Surveyors is marketing a traditional traditional fish & chip shop in Ayr for sale.

AJ’s Plaice is located in a fully occupied neighbourhood parade on Hillfoot Road in the established residential Masonhill district of Ayr close to both Forehill Primary and Kyle Academy.
