Glasgow’s cocktail scene is about to go into overdrive as Glasgow Cocktail Fortnight, the city’s annual cocktail festival since 2018, kicks off tomorrow (Thursday, 25th September), bringing two weeks of cocktail-fuelled events, tastings, masterclasses, rooftop parties, and more to over 75 of the city’s best bars.

Expect a city-wide celebration of creativity, flavour and community with rooftop parties, immersive tastings, unique events and premium spirits from the world’s leading brands including Patrón Tequila, Grey Goose, St-Germain, Monkey Shoulder, Ben Lomond Gin, Brugal 1888 rum, Ardbeg, and Glenmorangie whisky.

Running from Thursday, September 25th, to Wednesday, October 8th, the festival invites the city to enjoy signature sips and support local with a £5 festival wristband. This wristband unlocks discounted cocktails priced from £7, exclusive events, and immersive masterclasses across the city. Wristbands are on sale from www.glasgowcocktailfortnight.com and available from each participating bar across the city.

225 Discounted Cocktails on offer: Wristband holders can unlock three exclusive signature serves at over 75 top venues, including Kelvingrove Café, Absent Ear, House of Gods, The Gate, Champagne Central, Sebb’s, Locale, and Si! Launch Night at SiSi – Thursday 25 Sept, 6pm‑9pm. Kick off GCW in style with signature cocktails by Sebb’s, SiSi, Absent Ear and The Gate, alongside DJs and tarot, in Glasgow’s stylish rooftop venue. Book your table via SiSi.

Spritz Saturday Day Party At VEGA – VEGA, 12pm – 4pm A day  party for ticket holders, DJ Jay Celino on the decks and exclusive cocktails from £7 and St-Germain Spitzs for guests. With complimentary popup tarot included. Free for ticket holders. No booking required. 

Masterclasses at VEGA (both festival Saturdays: 27th Sept + Sat 4th Oct)
For just £10, guests can explore the art of cocktail-making in an interactive 45-minute session, with tastings and take-home tips. All classes include 1 or 2 cocktails plus an interactive session. Book cocktail classes for Sat 27th here or Sat 4th Oct here



Highlights include:

  • 1pm: Scottish Gin Masterclass with Ben Lomond gin. Explore Brambles, Negronis, French 75 and then choose your favourite.
  • 1pm: St-Germain Spritz for every season. Make favourite spritz serve at home and enjoy an immersive session to get hands on with the origins of St-Germain.
  • 2pm: Patrón Presents: Spicy Margaritas & Palomas with Patrón Tequila. Find out why Patrón tequila is one of the world’s best.
  • 2pm: Rum & Chocolate with Brugal 1888 rum. Includes a daiquiri, rum and chocolate pairing and rum tasters.
  • 3pm: Cross Brew Coffee Cocktails Experience the world of coffee mixology in our Cross Brew Coffee Cocktail Masterclass, a guided tasting designed to showcase the depth and versatility of coffee liqueur with both an Espresso Martini and Carajillo cocktails.
  • 4pm: Agave Awakening Immerse yourself in the rich flavours of Mexico’s finest spirits in our Pensador Mezcal & Desdeya Tequila Masterclass
  • 5pm: Classic Gin Cocktails. Step into the world of twisted Cocktails, twisting the Martini and the Gin Sour with our Svitlo Vodka & Rock Rose Gin Cocktail Masterclass

Cafe Spritz at Kelvingrove Cafe (25th Sept – 8th Oct) Introducing Café Spritz for Glasgow Cocktail Fortnight.

St-Germain takes centre stage at Kelvingrove Café for a special menu of spritz serves, crafted to be as refreshing as they are elegant.

Made from hand-picked French elderflower blossoms, St-Germain celebrated for its delicate floral notes with hints of pear, peach, and citrus. Available across the Fortnight. 

Grey Goose Martini Fridays. October 3rd from 5pm until late. Enjoy exclusive martini menus across top cocktail bars including The Last Bookstore, Devil of Brooklyn, Saints of Ingram and Tabac, with live DJs.

Patrón Presents: Day Party at The Locale. Sat 4th Oct, 1pm – 4pm Start your Glasgow Cocktail Fortnight adventure the right way with our The Locale Day Party.  Your go-to pre-party for a full day of sipping, socialising and exploring Glasgow’s vibrant West End.


From exclusive cocktails and delicious dishes by the Th Locale kitchen to live DJ sets and entertainment (with more surprises to come), this is your chance to meet fellow cocktail lovers and soak up the buzz before hitting the cocktail trail.

Mac Makeup Saints of Ingram on Sunday, 5th October from 12 -2pm. Four MAC Pro makeup artists lead the masterclass with live demos, insider tips, canapes from Saints of Ingram, a bespoke Ben Lomond Gin cocktail, and a mini bottle of Champagne PIAFF. This is the ultimate glow-up experience during Glasgow Cocktail Fortnight, priced at £35 per person.

Champagne PIAFF Brunches at The Spiriutalist 27th + 28th September (12 – 4pm) Make the weekend pop with two exclusive brunches with Champagne PIAFF at The Spirituallist on Miller Street. Your ticket includes a  delicious brunch dish from our specially curated menu, A chilled glass of Piaff Champagne on arrival to set the tone and two expertly crafted Piaff Champagne-inspired cocktails, created to showcase the elegance and flavour of this award-winning Champagne.

Sebb’s X Blinker Bar. Sunday, 5th Oct. Manchester bar, Blinker is taking over Sebb’s to celebrate Glasgow Cocktail Fortnight. Exclusive sips on the night, and Toni McVey will be behind the decks.
