Duncan’s Eggs, the premium brand of Aberdeenshire family business Duncan Farms, has been named an Official Supporter of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games and Team Scotland.

The company will supply 200,000 free-range eggs to help fuel more than 3,000 athletes from 74 nations and territories, providing a natural, high-quality source of protein throughout the Games.

Eggs are recognised as a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids, and are rich in key nutrients including vitamin D, B12 and selenium, making them well suited to athlete nutrition and recovery.

The partnership will also spotlight Scottish agriculture on a global stage. Duncan’s Eggs offers full traceability through its online Egg Tracker, while its ‘field to fork’ model incorporates renewable energy, home-grown feed and wider sustainability initiatives across its Aberdeenshire farms.

Rachael Duncan, Owner of Duncan Farms, said: “We are thrilled that Duncan’s Eggs is the Official Egg Provider to Glasgow 2026 and an Official Supporter of Team Scotland.

As a Scottish family farming business, it is a privilege to contribute to such a prestigious international sporting event as it returns to Scotland. We are proud to support athletes from across the Commonwealth by providing a natural source of high-quality protein throughout the Games.”

“This partnership provides a fantastic platform to showcase Duncan’s Eggs commitment to quality, traceability, sustainability and nutrition, while supporting Team Scotland and helping athletes perform at their very best. We are delighted to play our part in helping deliver a memorable Games and look forward to cheering on Team Scotland.”

Natalie Cunningham, Director of Sport at Glasgow 2026, added: “We are egg-static to welcome Duncan’s Eggs, a Scottish family business, as an Official Supporter of Glasgow 2026.

“Fuelling athletes from across the Commonwealth with local produce, Duncan’s Eggs truly embodies the spirit of these Games – quality, sustainability and homegrown excellence. We look forward to seeing what a difference their support will make to athletes as they crack on with competing at the very highest level.”

The Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games will bring together athletes from across the Commonwealth in a celebration of sport, culture and community.
