Eleven restaurant-quality Scottish beef products available in stores and online

Tesco has unveiled its Scottish Steakhouse collection, introducing a range of eleven restaurant-quality Scottish sourced beef products to stores and online across Scotland. The range is presented in new elevated packaging that prominently displays the Scottish flag to highlight its provenance.

The collection includes items such as Tesco Finest Wagyu Sirloin Steak, Tesco Finest Thirty-Day Aged Aberdeen Angus Côte De Boeuf Steak, and Tesco Finest Aberdeen Angus Salt Dried Aged Beef Rump Steak, designed to add a touch of luxury to mealtimes.

The new Tesco Finest Scottish Steakhouse range was carefully sourced by the retailer’s buying team, working closely with beef farmers to develop a high-quality selection while supporting Scottish agriculture. Tesco stated it collaborates with Scottish suppliers, from family-run producers to established food manufacturers and growers, to deliver Scottish food and drink to its customers.

Richard Wood, Meat, Fish, Poultry, Dairy and Eggs Director, said: “As the largest customer of Scottish agriculture, we’re proud to play an important role in supporting the farmers, growers, producers and suppliers who work tirelessly to produce some of the finest produce in the world. With the launch of the Finest Scottish Steakhouse range, customers across our Scottish stores will be able to enjoy great quality steak at home. From our Finest Aberdeen Angus bone-in sharing sirloin to our Finest Wagyu fillet steak, the range is sure to impress.”

The Finest Scottish Steakhouse range is available in 22 larger Tesco stores and online across Scotland.
