JENKI is expanding its at-home matcha offering with the launch of its first range of specially developed syrups, available from 3rd November 2026. Created specifically to pair with matcha, the collection marks a new chapter for the London brand as it continues to bring the JENKI experience beyond its bars. The new collection features three flavours inspired by some of JENKI’s most popular in-bar drinks: Honey Lavender, Vanilla Sea Salt and Spiced Brown Sugar.
Made using natural ingredients and produced in small batches, each syrup has been developed to complement the flavour of Japanese matcha, offering customers a new way to recreate their favourite JENKI drinks at home. Honey Lavender is made with real Welsh honey and English lavender, bringing a delicate floral sweetness to the latte. Vanilla Sea Salt is made with real vanilla bean and a touch of sea salt for a rich, rounded sweetness. Spiced Brown Sugar is inspired by JENKI’s seasonal specials and combines dark brown sugar, cinnamon and a touch of sea salt.

Designed to be stirred directly into freshly whisked matcha, the syrups offer a way to recreate JENKI’s signature flavours at home. Each 200ml bottle provides approximately 25 servings and is available individually online. A gift set featuring all three flavours is also available, both online and in JENKI bars.
JENKI said it has seen growing demand from customers keen to enjoy their favourite bar flavours beyond its London locations, with more people making matcha at home. The company said the launch takes its at-home offering a step further, pairing its Japanese matcha with a dedicated range of syrups developed with the same attention to flavour and quality found in its bars. JENKI said its bar syrups have always been made in house using natural ingredients, with the new range bringing that same focus to every bottle.
JENKI was founded in London in 2020 by husband and wife duo Claudia and Otto Boyer. The company said it has built a following for its freshly whisked Japanese matcha and flavour combinations, working with select farms in Japan to source first harvest matcha chosen for its colour, flavour and natural sweetness. Every drink is freshly whisked to order.
