New natural sleep supplement made from soothing botanicals, powerful adaptogens and functional mushrooms to aid a good night’s sleep

Adaptogenic Apothecary, expert herbal alchemists, have introduced ‘Peace’, a groundbreaking adaptogenic supplement designed to improve sleep duration and quality.

Formulated by Medical Herbalists at the award-winning company, ‘Peace’ contains ten potent botanicals, herbs, and mushrooms that promote relaxation and aid restful sleep.

The 100% natural formulation includes organic ingredients such as Dutch Cocoa, Myo inositol, Pumpkin seed protein powder, Ashwagandha, Reishi dual extract, and Magnesium glycinate.

Each component has been carefully selected for its synergistic and nutritive qualities, addressing common sleep-related issues.

Sara Rooney, BSc Hons, Ba Hons, NIMH, hormone health herbalist and Formulator at Adaptogenic Apothecary, said:

“I have carefully curated these natural botanical ingredients to provide adaptogenic, nutritive and tonic benefits that promote restorative sleep in the long term as well as addressing occasional restless nights.

“Simply prepare Peace an hour before bed and combine with our recommended good sleep hygiene practices and enjoy a deeply nourishing night’s sleep with the benefit of waking feeling more refreshed in the morning.

“My extensive clinical experience has taught me, good sleep is fundamental to good health. Peace is a natural way to aid restorative sleep, optimise health in the long term and enhance daily natural energy levels.”

The supplement is available as a powder for better bioavailability and versatility.

Adaptogenic Apothecary is supporting the launch with a 5-day PEACE sleep challenge, encouraging good sleep hygiene practices alongside the use of their product.
