CLR Sales and Services Ltd (CLR) is reinforcing its commitment to the catering industry and local charitable causes by sponsoring an exclusive evening at the Signature Food Festival at The Chester Hotel in Autumn.

The event will feature two Michelin-starred chef Aktar Islam, with proceeds supporting children’s charities in the North East of Scotland through The JEllie Foundation.

As one of Scotland’s leading independent catering, laundry and refrigeration service, repair and installation companies, CLR plays a critical role in ensuring commercial kitchens operate efficiently.

The Signature Food Festival is run by The JEllie Foundation and all proceeds from the festival events are distributed by the Foundation to local charities across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire which support children and their families.

Previous festivals have raised more than £1.5 million for causes such as The Archie Foundation, SensationALL and Charlie House.
