Ingredients

  • 30 ml (1 oz) dry gin
  • 15 ml (0.5 oz) cherry liqueur
  • 7.5 ml (0.25 oz) orange liqueur (e.g., Grand Marnier)
  • 7.5 ml (0.25 oz) Bénédictine
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 120 ml (4 oz) pineapple juice
  • 15 ml (0.5 oz) lime juice
  • 10 ml (0.3 oz) grenadine syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Pineapple slice and cocktail cherry

Instructions

  • Prepare the Shaker: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  • Mix the Ingredients: Pour in the dry gin, cherry liqueur, orange liqueur, Bénédictine, Angostura bitters, pineapple juice, lime juice, and grenadine.
  • Shake: Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain: Fine strain the mixture into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish: Decorate with a slice of fresh pineapple and a cocktail cherry on the rim.
  • Serve: Enjoy your Singapore Sling!
