The Ivy Buchanan Street will open its doors this summer set across two floors at 106 Buchanan Street.

The contemporary brasserie will be open seven days a week, accommodating approximately 222 guests.

As well as the main restaurant, The Ivy Buchanan Street will feature two onyx bars, a private dining space for events, drinks receptions, birthdays and working lunches and a Parisian-style outdoor seating to be enjoyed during the summer months.

The eclectic, brasserie-style menu will offer everything from breakfast, elevenses, lunch, light snacks, afternoon tea, cocktails, weekend brunch and dinner, with the kitchen being overseen by Head Chef, Brian Scanlan.

Notable interior features will include locally-referenced artwork, bold and colourful prints, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and a mixture of leather banquettes and bar stools – all creating a vibrant, stylish environment for guests to enjoy.

The brasserie will be overseen by General Manager, Kevin Lightbody. Born in Rutherglen Glasgow, Kevin has worked previously at a number of the city’s leading restaurants.

Baton Berisha, Managing Director at The Ivy Collection says: “We are very excited to be opening our second Scottish restaurant this summer, bringing a touch of Ivy magic to Glasgow. We have a fantastic team in place and a beautiful building at 106 Buchanan Street. As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests will also be able to pop in for cocktails at our first floor bar.”
