LOCATED in the heart of Merchant City in the former city judiciary courts, The Corinthian Club houses Teller’s Bar & Brasserie, Live Nightclub, and Charlie Parker’s Piano Bar, alongside a rooftop terrace and five floors of private event spaces.

This year, The Corinthian Club celebrates 25 glorious years of service and fine dining with a new A La Carte Menu and £25 offer.

Their brand new menu launched on Thursday, March 28th, offering a culinary journey quite unlike anything the establishment has done before.

Following months of development, the team at The Corinthian has crafted a menu that champions the produce and seasonality of Scotland and the British Isles. Signature dishes include a Troon-landed Brown Crab cake to start, and a duo of Perthshire Red Deer main course not to be missed. For something truly special, opt for the Corinthian Wellington, available for 2-6 persons, and carved tableside.

Head Chef Ewan McAllister highlights the Yuzu Cured Salmon Starter as his personal favourite – “It is a fantastic balance of flavours, from the salmon itself to the wasabi-scented avocado puree, the punch from the yuzu gel, and a nice seaside crunch from the seaweed cracker.”

For those looking for a taste of the brasserie within the confines of a lunch break, a lunch menu and ever-changing market menu are also available during the week.

To mark the occasion, The Corinthian is offering a 2-week exclusive £25 deal. Enjoy any two main dishes from the new menu plus two cocktails for just £25. Add a starter or decadent dessert for just five pounds. This offer is available every Thursday to Sunday from March 28th to April 11th only.
