Wine lovers are in for an indulgent evening this month as Sotto, the Stockbridge enoteca and trattoria, hosts an exclusive Italian wine dinner on Wednesday 26th November.
Guests will enjoy a four-course menu inspired by classical Italian cuisine, prepared using a blend of seasonal British and Italian produce. Each course will be paired with wines from the acclaimed Castello de Perno estate, located in the heart of Italy’s Piedmont region – one of the country’s most celebrated wine areas.
The evening’s tasting will feature a 2021 Langhe Nascetta, a 2019 Barbera Nizza DOCG and a prestigious 2018 Barolo Castelletto DOCG, carefully selected to complement Sotto’s refined approach to regional Italian dining.
