Today, Friday 13th February, marks the debut of The Wine Down – the very first monthly wine night at Edinburgh’s Lost Shore Surf Resort, starting from 6pm.

Each month, guests will have the chance to sample a selection of wines from different regions and growers, accompanied by a grazing table from Lost Kitchen.

Join Scotland’s premier surf destination to taste, talk and learn at their newly launched Lost Kitchen — a brand new food and drink concept led by international chef, restaurateur and hospitality consultant Jason Wright at Lost Shore, home to Europe’s largest wave pool.

Alexander Wines will be hosting the first of their wine tastings, with a grazing table from Lost Kitchen crafted by Jason Wright.

£45 per person

Price includes five wine tasters plus one sparkling wine and a grazing table.
Wine will also be available to purchase on the night.
Booking is essential to secure your spot.

Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh has also launched Lost Food – their new food and drink concept, headed up by Jason Wright. This marks the first time Lost Shore has brought its food offering in-house, introducing three outlets: Lost Kitchen, Lost Tacos, and Lost Deli, with Lost Market – an onsite grocery and branded shop – set to open soon.
