Food and wine lovers are in for a treat this spring, as The Kirkstyle Inn announces a special wine tasting dinner in collaboration with acclaimed Hampshire winery and vineyard, Black Chalk Wine. The event will take place on Wednesday 6 May, offering guests an evening of exceptional English wines and seasonal dishes rooted in sustainability.
Founded in 2018, Black Chalk has built a stellar reputation for its minimal-intervention winemaking and commitment to sustainable practices. It’s an ethos perfectly aligned with The Kirkstyle Inn’s own philosophy – one that celebrates local produce and thoughtful, waste-conscious cooking.
On the night, guests will sample four distinctive wines from Black Chalk, each paired with a bespoke menu curated by The Kirkstyle’s Head Chef, Connor Wilson. Designed around the finest seasonal ingredients from small-scale producers across the North of England, Connor’s menu promises balanced flavours and elegant craftsmanship on every plate.
