Range follows company’s five-strong Air Fryer Paste collection

The Potts’ Partnership has launched a range of concentrated stock pastes packaged in aluminium tubes described by the company as 100% recyclable. The launch follows what the company describes as the success of its five-strong World Cuisine-inspired Air Fryer Paste collection, and moves the business into the Meat Stocks & Gravies category.

The company said the stocks and gravies category has been dominated by “unremarkable granules, cubes and stock pots” offering “relatively little in terms of trailblazing or boundary-pushing formats.” It said its commitment to developing a new way to build flavours resulted in the concentrated Stock Tubes range, which it describes as a world first.

The company said it had previously used cans to bring stocks and gravies to home cooks, and that the new tubes are intended to give cooks greater control, creativity and personal choice. Rather than an instant stock replacement, the company positions the pastes as flavour-building support alongside products such as tomato purée, garlic and cooking pastes.

According to the company, the pastes can be used to add depth to casseroles, enrich homemade gravy, intensify pan sauces, or add depth to mince, pies and stews. It said the format allows consumers to squeeze in as much or as little as needed, tasting and adjusting intensity to suit individual preferences without adding unwanted liquid.

The company said the range reflects its sustainable packaging approach, with the tubes made from 100% recyclable aluminium.
