‘A Culinary Journey with Rohan Wadke’ will showcase the vibrant flavours of Southeast Asia, expertly crafted by the acclaimed Chef Rohan Wadke, whose culinary prowess has graced both Michelin-starred kitchens and national television.

This exclusive pop-up dining experience will unfold in The Monarch Room, Cameron House’s stunning new event space.

With its contemporary Scottish design and breathtaking views of Loch Lomond, the venue provides an exquisite backdrop for an unforgettable gastronomic adventure.

Penang style Scottish scallops

Guests will embark on a sensory journey through Southeast Asia, exploring the rich culinary traditions of Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.

A five-course menu has been crafted that ingeniously fuses Scottish ingredients with Southeast Asian flavours, creating a unique dining experience that reflects his innovative cuisine approach.

Chef Wadke will introduce each course personally, offering diners insight into the inspiration and techniques behind each dish.

With over 20 years of culinary expertise, Chef Wadke brings his innovative approach to this event.

Originally from Pune, India, he has significantly impacted prestigious establishments like the Cinnamon Club, the Michelin-starred Gilpin Hotel & Lake House and 10 Downing Street.

His unique blend of Indian heritage and British culinary traditions earned him the 2024 British Culinary Gold Medal as National Chef of the Year. In 2016, Wadke’s talent gained national recognition on BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals.

Chef Wadke told Larder Magazine, “I wanted to put my own style on this tasting menu, and it is inspired by the connections I’ve made during my travels and the people I’ve met throughout my career.”

“My dishes are a tribute to the hard-working street vendors in Asia who work 365 days a year, who don’t get that representation on the menus.”

This pop-up series offers an exciting opportunity to experience his acclaimed cuisine in an intimate setting, promising a celebration of flavours and cultural fusion against Loch Lomond’s stunning backdrop.

  • Five-course meal: £70 per person
  • Five-course meal with wine pairing: £90 per person

Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free menus are available upon request, ensuring everyone can enjoy this unique culinary experience.
