Food wholesaler QMover MFS enters administration six years after launch

UK food wholesaler QMover MFS Ltd has entered administration six years after the company was incorporated.

The business, which is based at Rylance Farm Industrial Estate in Barton under Needwood, Burton upon Trent, appointed joint administrators on September 3.

QMover MFS Ltd, company number 12968664, operated in the wholesale of food sector.

Andrew David Rosler and Nick Clarkson, both of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, have been appointed as joint administrators.

The company’s registered office and principal trading address were listed as Rylance Farm Industrial Estate, Walton Lane, Barton under Needwood, Burton upon Trent, DE13 8EJ.

The administration process will now determine whether the business can be rescued through a sale or restructuring, or whether its operations will be wound down. Employees, suppliers and customers are expected to await further updates on the company’s future and the impact on existing orders and contracts.
