Tarragon nominated for Best Sunday Roast of 2024

The Good Food Guide, a respected authority in the UK culinary scene, has launched its search for the Best Sunday Roast of 2024, inviting diners across the nation to nominate their favourite establishments.

Tarragon by Graham Mitchell in Aberdeen’s Rosemount has been nominated for The Good Food Guide’s Best Sunday Roast of 2024.

Known for its dedication to quality and innovation, Tarragon offers a delightful Sunday roast experience.

The menu features a selection of roast meats, including Roast Sirloin of Scottish Beef, Roast Crown of Aberdeenshire Turkey, and Honey Roasted Aberdeenshire Gammon.

For those seeking a plant-based option, the Nutroast is available. Each roast is complemented by seasonal root vegetables, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, pigs in blankets, skirlie, cauliflower and cheese, braised cabbage, creamed leeks, and pan gravy.

Diners can enjoy two roasts for £30 and add a bottle of wine for £15.

In addition to its success at Rosemount Place, Chef Mitchell has opened Tarragon on the Terrace on Union Terrace. This new bistro-style restaurant focuses on casual dining and pre-theatre meals.
