Costa Coffee, the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop*, is excited to announce the re-opening of its Dunfermline store on 1 East Port after undergoing a complete refresh, unveiling a modern new look and feel for the community to enjoy.

The upgraded store now has a contemporary design, new furniture, and an improved layout, offering a more relaxed and welcoming environment for customers to unwind in whilst sipping on their favourite Costa coffee, crafted with the Signature Mocha Italia taste.

Customers can also look forward to a selection of freshly baked pastries, prepared in-store from early morning. Whether grabbing a coffee on the way to work or settling in for an afternoon break, the refurbished store offers the perfect setting.

The investment in the Dunfermline, East Port store is part of Costa Coffee’s wider commitment to Scotland, with millions of pounds being invested across up to twenty stores during the first half of 2026. These upgrades focus on refreshed interiors, new facilities and enhancing the customer experience – demonstrating Costa Coffee’s ongoing support for Scottish high streets and local communities.

Darren Beeby, Costa Coffee’s Area Manager for Central Scotland said: “We’re thrilled to welcome customers back to our newly refurbished Dunfermline store. This refurbishment isn’t just about updating the space – it’s about creating an environment where customers love to spend time and where our teams feel proud of where they work. Dunfermline highlights our continued dedication to communities across Scotland.”

Additionally, as part of the brands ongoing commitment to local Scottish communities, Costa Coffee’s stores in Dunfermline also supports local causes. The teams work closely with the PARS Foundation (Dunfermline Athletic FC), providing food donations to help run breakfast and after-school clubs at a nearby school. Over the festive season, teams also arranged a drop-off point for Woman’s Aid, enabling customers and locals to donate Christmas gifts for children in need. What’s more, our store in Edinburgh Gyle raised over £1,000 to buy gifts for Cash for Kids. These initiatives highlight Costa Coffee’s dedication to making a positive difference in communities across Scotland.
