Scottish TV chef and restaurateur Jimmy Lee has launched his first cookbook – Jimmy’s Smoking Wok!

Scottish-born Jimmy has had award-winning success with his Glasgow restaurant Lychee Oriental and its sophisticated Chinese cuisine and dining experience.

He now has three bustling sites, including Salt & Chilli Oriental and Edinburgh’s Leith Woks, situated in the upscale Bonnie & Wild food hall.

Taking his talents to the screen, Jimmy has been a regular face on ITV’s This Morning and STV2’s Live at Five, as well as representing Scotland on BBC’s Great British Menu.

Much loved for his rapid TikTok recipes, Jimmy is known for producing quality Chinese meals in moments – sometimes even having time for a cheeky sip of Irn Bru while he’s at it!
