Seafood and Spritz launches on the Tales’ Terrace at Brig o’Doon

Tales at Brig o’ Doon House Hotel is leaning into a love of Spritz this summer with a brand new cocktail menu and dining offer for guests that launches Tuesday, 29 July.

Bringing alfresco dining to the picturesque banks of the River Doon, Tales’ brand-new Seafood and Spritz campaign celebrates freshly caught Scottish seafood and a perfectly chilled Spritz. Whether you fancy a long lunch or an early evening wind-down, this is the perfect excuse for guests to take a moment and slow down, savouring good food and great company and making the most of Tales’ stunning riverside setting.

Available Monday to Thursday for just £25, Summer Dining pairs fresh Scottish Mussels in a sauce of the day with garlic bread and fries to soak up the flavours, alongside your choice of serve from the new Spritz menu. 

Guests can choose their favourite from the new menu, which includes the ever-popular Aperol Spritz, made with Aperol, prosecco, and soda. The Hugo Spritz is a crowd-pleaser made with Elderflower liqueur, prosecco, and soda for something sweeter try a Bloom Fizz with Chambord or a Limoncello Fizz made with Limoncello, prosecco, and lemonade. 

Aaron Kyle, sales and marketing director at The RAD Hotel Group, said: “Tales has been effortlessly designed to bring moments of magic to the everyday, and our new Seafood and Spritz campaign allows our guests to soak up those incredible Terrace views whilst enjoying Scottish seafood and a refreshing cold drink. Perfect.

And if a Spritz isn’t your style, Tales also offers a tempting midweek Market Menu, available Monday to Thursday, 12 pm – 6:30 pm, with two courses from just £20. Dishes include Pan-Fried Lemon and Black Pepper Chicken Breast with asparagus, spring greens and parmesan mash; classic Battered Fillet of Haddock with fries, minted peas and tartar sauce; and the ever-popular Immortal Smashed Scottish Burger on toasted brioche and served with fries and coleslaw.
